Process Modeling
Steady-state and dynamic simulation in ASPEN Plus and Python, delivering heat and material balances, equipment sizing, and operating envelopes. Custom unit operation models are built in Python for processes that fall outside standard simulation packages.
General Process Consulting
P&ID/PFD/BFD development, equipment sizing and instrumentation selection. Technology screening, unit operation selection, safety analysis. Hands-on support through FEL, detailed engineering, and commissioning.
